MARKETING STRATEGY & PLAN WORKSHOP (20 HOURS)
In this module, we wil review all the
preceding insights from the previous
planning workshops to produce a hollistic
marketing strategy and plan across the entire
customer lifecycle.
We will also conduct research on costs and
come up with an estimated budget for
marketing that are aligned to the revenue
goals of the business
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LIFECYCLE WORKSHOP (20 HOURS)
In this module, we will conduct a
Customer Experience documentation
exercise to map out all the steps it
takes to move your customer from a
suspect to a prospect, from a prospect
to a customer and ultimately a
customer to an advocate.
These steps will be facilitated with your
key leaders from your customer
organization to build the consensus
and alignment necessary to frame your
market strategy and marketing plan.
THE HARVEY BALL ANALYSIS (25 HOURS)
In this module, we will conduct a third-party assessment of your product and service as represented on your website and the websites of your Top competitors and substitute players.
The purpose of this exercise is to assess the differentiators your product and service has in relation to the market and how strong those differentiators are.
Once 3rd party assessment is completed, findings will be reviewed and iterated with the client to get to a finalized accepted version. This will be the basis for our strategy and planning exercises and content and messaging strategy workshops.
GTM AUDIT & BENCHMARK (20 HOURS)
In this module, we will conduct a third-party assessment of your GTM maturity benchmarked against the main players in the market.
The purpose of this exercise is to assess how robust and mature your customer acquisition is vs. your key competitors and market participants.
This analysis will give us a foundation to understand the competitive GTM intensity in your market and will help us formulate our strategy and plan.
TOTAL OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENT & PROFILE (30 HOURS)
In this module we will conduce a top
down and bottoms up market and
customer opportunity analysis to
understand the Total Addressable
market opportunity for your product
and service.
The goal will be to build a model that
unifies the understanding of the market
opportunity and allows us to assess
which segments have the greatest
opportunity for your product and
service.
The output from this workshop will
determine the overall revenue plan and
goals, and complete the foundation
needed for a marketing plan.
